PROMP-TO is a software company established by a team of
professional experts such us comprising programmers, translators, localization
(L10N), internationalization (I18N), globalization (G11N), editors, proof-readers
and testers; which started operations in 2004, based on the idea of adapting high
quality software applications and management systems to the international
environment for the particular needs of the users in different parts of the world.
Our first project was focused on an agricultural management application called
AgroWin which has its roots in Spanish and was developed by
Insoft Ltda. Due to the great success of AgroWin in the Hispanic
market, the members of PROMP-TO had the idea to translate it to
English and Portuguese. So, PROMP-TO signed an agreement with
Insoft Ltda. which has been in the South American and Central American farming
community since 1996 with its product AgroWin, which was designed
to be a comprehensive farming management tool.
PROMP-TO made all the investment and put all its efforts to develop
the Localization and Internationalization of AgroWin, with our
goals set, being very careful to keep the original quality of the product.
